Special Events Policies
Guarantees
We are unable to confirm your reservation until
a non-refundable deposit has been made. Deposits are refundable
only if cancellation is made in writing within 48 hours of booking the
reservation. A guaranteed count is due three business days in advance
of your event. If no guarantee is received, client will be charged
for the number of guests originally contracted for when the reservation
was made; or for the number of guests in attendance, whichever is
greater. Should the actual number of guests fall below the guarantee,
the client will be charged for the number of guests guaranteed.
In addition, Keefer's will not be obligated to serve or set up for
more than the guaranteed number. Cancellation fees will apply if
not notified within 30 days.
Menus
Final menu selections must be received a minimum of one week prior
to your event. Menu items and preparations are subject to change
depending on market availability.
Method of Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of a
function. We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and
American Express.
Beverage Arrangements
Alcoholic beverages
may not be brought into the restaurant from outside sources.
Tax and Gratuities
All food and beverage prices are subject to a 10.50% sales tax. A
20% service charge will be added to your total bill. A bartender
fee of $100.00 will apply.
