This space is part of the main dining room in that it is accessed just to the right of our revolving door entry. One end of the room is partially open and faces the entry area. The Radio Room is the section of the "blueprint" on the bottom right. Like all private dining spaces in our restaurant, this space has one wall of continuous floor to ceiling windows. We use this space mostly for regular dining but it is also ideal for private functions. As with all private dining spaces at Keefer's this space is on the main floor and no steps or elevators are involved. It can accommodate up to 36 for regular dining in individual tables; up to 26 as a monolithic board room setting and as many as 38 with three large rectangular tables. This room does not have space for pre-dinner gathering when set for larger parties of 16 or more since the tables pretty much fill the space. The Kaffe has more room and a free standing granite bar. Food and beverage minimums apply and relate to the revenue this space generates as a part of regular seating. On days when the restaurant will not be full we are happy to negotiate on these minimums before going to contract. If you visit the 
The Kaffe is a completely private space with its own entrance, 30 foot granite bar, large plasma screen television (perfect for power point presentations or for watching the big game), fireplace, bathrooms, coat check and small kitchen. This room can hold up to 50 persons with round tables and can accommodate up to 32 in a single monolithic board room setting. Like all private dining spaces in our restaurant, this space has one wall of continuous floor to ceiling windows. As with all private dining spaces at Keefer's this space is on the main floor and no steps or elevators are involved. Because this room is separated roughly thirty steps (East) away from our main restaurant and is a small restaurant unto itself, extra staff is required to open this space, we do add a $100.00 fee to the contract on this space to cover these expenses. We use it mostly for regular dining but it is also ideal for private functions. Like all private dining spaces in our restaurant, this space has one wall of continuous floor to ceiling windows. As with all private dining spaces at Keefer's this space is on the main floor and no steps or elevators are involved. It also has a fireplace and room to set up a small bar for cocktails for parties under 30. It can accommodate up to 64 for regular dining in individual tables; up to 34 as a monolithic board room setting and as many as 60 with three large rectangular tables. This room does not have space for pre-dinner gathering when set for larger parties of 24 or more since the tables for large groups pretty much fill the space. The Kaffe has similar overall dimensions as compared to the Fireplace Room, but has a free standing granite bar. Food and beverage minimums apply and relate to the revenue this space generates as a part of regular seating. On days when the restaurant will not be full we are happy to negotiate on these minimums before going to contract. This space is available at lunch and most evenings however, there are some evenings when vigorous reservations for regular dining preclude the use of this space; the Kaffe is a good choice in the event we are unable to offer this room.
